PLEASE READ THESE LIVEREM PARTNER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.

These terms apply to all participants in the LiveRem Referral Partnership Program.

By submitting the referral form and selecting your preferred referral structure, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Your selections made in the sign up form — including the partnership option and the commission/discount split — will define the commercial terms of your participation in the program.

1. Overview

LiveRem offers two referral structures. These terms outline the conditions of each. You will not choose here — the selections you make in the form will determine the applicable arrangement.

2. Partnership Options

Option 1: First-Year Boost

• LiveRem provides 50% of its margin on the first year of an annual subscription.

• You may allocate this margin as:

  • A discount to the referred customer, and/or

  • A referral fee paid to you.
    
    

  Key conditions:

  • Applies only to the first year of an annual subscription.

  • Discount is not available if LiveRem has had prior involvement with the referred customer.

  • Referral fees (if applicable) are paid quarterly.

  • The split between referral fee and discount must total 50% and be set upfront in the form.

Option 2: Lifetime Partnership

• LiveRem provides 30% of its margin for the lifetime of the customer, while they remain a client of your business or network.

• You may allocate this margin as:

  • An ongoing annual discount to the referred customer, and/or

  • An ongoing annual referral fee paid to you.
    
    

  Key conditions:

  • Applies only to annual subscriptions.

  • Discount continues only while the referred customer remains within your customer network.

  • Discount is not available if LiveRem has had prior involvement with the referred customer.

  • Referral fees (if applicable) are paid quarterly.

  • The split between referral fee and discount must total 30% and be set upfront in the form.

3. Referral Eligibility

• Only new customers (i.e. no prior contact with LiveRem) are eligible for referral benefits.

• Referral benefits apply only where the partner has submitted the form with their selection before the customer signs up.

• LiveRem reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject ineligible referrals.

4. Marketing Support

• Partners opting for a referral fee will receive access to marketing and sales collateral, onboarding materials, and promotional support.

• Custom content or co-branded resources can be provided upon request.

5. Payment Terms

• Referral fees (where selected) are paid on a quarterly basis, based on subscription payments received.

• All payments are made in NZD and will require an invoice from the partner.

6. Agreement Formation

Your completed referral form, including the partnership option and commission/discount split, forms the basis of your agreement with LiveRem. No separate signatures are required.

By ticking the confirmation box and submitting the form, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the terms outlined above.

• You agree to the selected structure and margin split.

• You understand this selection applies to all referrals made under your partner code unless amended in writing.
