LiveRem allows you to search the market for roles, and also provides you with a powerful retention tool whereby you can get real-time reporting on how your team compares both internally and against the external market. Features, such as gender pay gap reporting, are key components of LiveRem’s offer.

3. How often is the data updated?

Our data is updated in real-time to reflect the constantly evolving job market. This ensures that the salary benchmarks you access are always current and relevant, helping you stay ahead of the competition.

4. Is my data secure with LiveRem?

Absolutely. Data security and privacy are top priorities for us. We use secure hosting via Google Cloud to protect your sensitive information. You can trust that your data is safe and confidential with LiveRem. LiveRem recently undertook an independent security audit with CyberCX. A copy of the security of the security audit is available upon request.

As we build the dataset, not all roles will have sufficient data to provide a market benchmark. Data is limited to the information provided by other customers who use the platform.

LiveRem integrates with your (and many other organisation’s) payroll or HR systems to get real-time data on the actual salary information being paid to employees. Our data aggregation process ensures a comprehensive and accurate representation of salary trends across various industries and regions. Your data is anonymised to protect your data privacy. Our commitment to data integrity means you can trust the insights you receive from LiveRem to be reliable and up-to-date.
As we build the dataset, not all roles will have sufficient data to provide a market benchmark. Data is limited to the information provided by other customers who use the platform.

11. What insights and metrics are available?

Metrics on market comparisons, location comparisons, gender pay gap are currently available. Soon we will be able to provide demographic information (such as age, ethnicity and location), if this information is provided by our customers who participate (not all data is available and shared).

12. Is there anything else I need to know?

In order to access and search on LiveRem, you need to first integrate your data via your HR or payroll system. Integrating is easy. We can integrate any payroll or HR system with APIs. If your system does not have APIs, we have other solutions that enable you to be part of the LiveRem ecosystem.
