Remote Inside Sales SDR | NZ & AU Markets | Base + Uncapped Commission
We’re looking for a full time Sales Development Representative (SDR). Someone who’s driven, self-managing, and confident in outbound inside sales. If you love the thrill of outbound prospecting, can confidently engage senior HR and Finance leaders, and want to earn great commission on top of a base rate, this is for you.
About the Role
100% outbound inside sales - prospect, qualify, and book demos with senior HR, People, Finance, and Rem leaders across NZ & AU.
Remote - work from anywhere in New Zealand or Australia only (office available by arrangement)
Permanent role: hourly base rate plus commission, with uncapped earning potential.
Flexible working hours to service the NZ and AU markets

About You
Confident, engaging, and comfortable on the phone.
Proven experience in outbound inside sales - ideally in B2B, recruitment, or SaaS.
Able to influence senior decision-makers and hold strategic conversations.
Familiarity with HR, recruitment, or remuneration is a plus.
Ideally comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, LinkedIn, Lusha, and Apollo, and confident learning new systems quickly.
Growth mindset - eager to learn, iterate, and develop your craft.
Hyper-independent and motivated by outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work

We're looking for a Marketing & Admin Coordinator who's organised, creative, and self-managing. Someone who thrives on variety, loves bringing ideas to life, and can juggle marketing and operations with ease. If you enjoy supporting brand growth, creating engaging content, and keeping things running smoothly in a startup environment, this is for you.
About the Role
Support marketing, communications, and operations across all digital channels and business activities
Remote - work from anywhere in New Zealand or Australia only (office available by arrangement)
Permanent full time: $28.95 per hour
