When customers connect their data, it's anonymised and added to the growing community dataset. We use this data to generate live benchmarks based on a bell curve, which continuously update as new information flows in.

To protect privacy, results are only shown once a minimum data threshold is met. This ensures individual companies or people can't be identified. You get the most accurate and up-to-date market insights, without compromising confidentiality.

The free tier includes 3 role searches of the Market Data every month (no filters available), and access to the gender pay gap dashboard.

The paid tier includes unlimited searches of the Market Data, unlimited users, access to the People Data to have an automated benchmarking view of your employees in one place, detailed history analysis of employees' pay, dashboards and breakdowns of metrics such as turnover and pay gaps, salary bands, role atlas, community filters and more.

The benchmarked data is entirely anonymised and aggregated. There is no ability for anyone outside of your organisation to identify your company or employees in the dataset.

Yes. Every benchmark can be tailored so you're comparing like-for-like. When you run a Market Data search, you choose the roles and locations you care about, then refine with filters including industry, company size, revenue band, and more. You can save any filter combination and set it as your default so your go-to view is one click away. To protect privacy, results only appear once a minimum data threshold is met, so if a very narrow search returns "not enough data," simply widen it by removing a filter.

We benchmark over 800 roles across industries and seniority levels, from junior staff to executives. If you can't find an exact match, our Smart Match feature lets you upload a job description and instantly suggests the closest roles in our dataset, so you always get a meaningful comparison rather than a dead end. And because the dataset grows every day, coverage keeps expanding; if there's a role you'd like to see, just let us know and we'll take it from there.
